About

Engineers first, AI practitioners second

Mind Freedom AI Consultancy was founded by Innocent Pius Tesha, a civil, structural and GIS engineer working on road, drainage and building projects in Tanzania. The firm grew out of a simple practice: using AI on live projects, measuring what it saves, and keeping a person responsible for every engineering decision.

We bring that same discipline to schools, offices and firms in any field. AI does the repetitive work; your people keep the judgement.
